SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At LIVLY, we promise to make your shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We’ll deliver your package to the address of your choice, anywhere in the world. Simply state the delivery address on the order form.
Your LIVLY goods should be sent from our warehouse within 1-3 days from when your order was processed. If you have not received your delivery within 9 days, please contact us at info@livlyclothing.com.
If you don't pick up or are not available for your delivery, the package will be sent back to us and we will charge you €100 for that extra shipping.
Please note: Orders including products with personal embroidery will be sent within 2-4 days. During Holidays and SALE season please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed.
You can easily track your order by logging in to your LIVLY account or through the link in the email confirmation sent to you. If you have more questions about your order, please contacts us at info@livlyclothing.com.
Standard shipping cost is €15* and Express delivery is €25**. We offer free shipping on all orders above €200***.
This applies to all countries outside Sweden and United States. For shipping information in Sweden and United states, please go to our Swedish website (livlyclothing.se) or US website (livlyclothing.com).
We do not ship to Russia.
